The university's top fashion students hit the capital last week as the university took over the Ministry of Sound for its London fashion show and awards ceremony. Sponsored by Fox Williams LLP, UK lawyers specialising in fashion law, the event saw 17 students showcase their work and leading figure in fashion, Hilary Alexander, oversaw the university's awards.
Alexander, Fashion Director at The Daily Telegraph and internationally renowned fashion commentator, judged Lee-Anne Ball overall winner for the Best Business Plan award. This category highlights the importance of business studies in the university's fashion and textile courses.
