It's not just for kids

Adults are 'borrowing' children from friends and family so they can legitimise seeing a special Brighton Festival event at the Dome, sponsored by the University of Brighton.
Children's novelist and poet Michael Rosen will be narrating the world premiere of his Mr Enormo Biggins' Great Fun Park where children travel in time. Michael, Guest Director of the Brighton Festival, is attracting as much interest among adults as he is with youngsters.
One wrote on the festival website: "My kids are really excited about seeing what Michael Rosen has in store as they know all about his other works from school" and another posted: "Looks so good have had to borrow a child to take with me!"
The show, accompanied by the City of London Sinfonia, is based upon Stravinsky's Firebird Suite and Michael, who recently received an honorary doctorate from the university, said: "At the Great Enormo your dreams become real. At the Great Enormo what's real is a dream. We'll take you to climb a castle in the air. We'll take you where you'll hear yourself scream..."
The show is at 5pm on Saturday, 4 May. For more information and tickets go to the Brighton Festival website.
