If things aren't right

If you have worries about any aspect of university life, help is at hand. You can get advice and support on financial issues, exams, health, housing, visas, your future career, or any other problem you experience as a student.

Course concerns

If you have concerns about your studies, talk to your course leader, a course tutor or your allocated personal tutor. Arrangements vary depending on the way your school is organised.

Student services

Student services at the university also offer a broad range of confidential and non-judgemental support and advice services.

Dedicated teams provide careers guidance, study support, counselling, medical facilities and disability and dyslexia advice and support.

The Student Advice Service offers advice and support on a student issues including finance, housing, access to benefits and immigration.

The chaplaincy is open to all students and staff.

All these services are provided on the university's campuses in Brighton, Eastbourne and Hastings.
