If things aren't right

My money hasn't arrived

You should make sure that you can cover your tuition fees and living costs before you get here. This may be through loans, grants or sponsorship.

If you have applied for your student finance on time (ie before 31 May 2013) and you have completed and returned the loan declaration form to Student Loans Company (SLC), the funding should reach your bank account within a few days of you completing the enrolment process after the university has confirmed your attendance with SLC. If this is delayed you should contact the Student Advice Service. A student adviser will be able to check the progress of your application with SLC if you have a customer reference number.
