Modular study
The School offers the flexibility of studying cross course modules within the school and in conjunction with the School of Environment and Technology . These modules can be optional to your course choice or taken part time as part of our Continuing Professional Development programmes.
Placements
Clinical placements
A distinctive feature of our MPharm honours degree program is the opportunity of gaining valuable work experience in a professional placement. These placements are compulsory and are mandatory to successful completion of the course.
The school has a dedicated clinical placements officer Mrs Helen Watts who has spent many years building a network of professional placements with community, industrial and clinical based organisation across the UK.
Sandwich placements
We are also able to offer placements, advice and support to students wishing to take a 'sandwich year ' to gain fundamental skills and knowledge in a work based placement.
