Jessica Holliday: Biological Sciences BSc
I completed my Biological Sciences degree at the University of Brighton in 2004. Directly after my degree I worked as a biodiversity research assistant for 12 months surveying wetland biodiversity in Sussex in collaboration with Brighton University and the Sussex Wildlife Trust. After that I pursued a long awaited ambition to go travelling, which included Southeast Asia and New Zealand, where I worked for a while. I am now back in the UK and expecting my first child! I am currently very busy running the family business of selling oak and pine furniture, which has nothing to do with Biology or Ecology, but I am still passionate about ecology and hopefully one day I’ll go back to it!
