Zeina Ajami: Pharmacy
I am an international student from Canada studying pharmacy at the University of Brighton. Choosing Brighton to study pharmacy was one of the best choices I have made.
The professors here are really approachable and supportive. They put in the time and effort to make sure you understand the material they are teaching.
I find that the pharmacy programme really focuses on hands on learning which is ideal as that is what is expected in the real workforce. When you need a break from studying, Brighton is a city full of things to do, from sitting in the cafes by the sea to its vibrant nightlife.
Brighton University like the city is a multicultural community that values and respects you no matter where you come from or what religion you practice. My time in Brighton is almost coming to end which is unfortunate considering all the great friends I have had the pleasure of meeting and all the great memories I will take back with me.
