Bon Appétit is an award winning specialist focussing on workplace catering, fulfilling a gap in the market for low cost, high quality, 24/7 hot food vending. 
Director Keith Pordum joined Profitnet in 2007 and found the encouragement and support of his Profitnet group was integral to the development of a new product line and motivated him to reinvest in his marketing and packaging activities. Keith sites the constructive feedback he received from his group and their input to remain focussed, as a critical factor to his company’s success. The completion of a Knowledge Transfer Partnership during the programme, culminated in almost a trebling of business for Keith, and helped to secure him the Profitnet Innovation Champion Award in 2011.
Beaming is a niche provider of high quality internet and telephone products, providing fully customised voice data solutions to all sizes of business as well as super fast broadband products. For the past two years the company has been placed in the Deloitte Technology Fast50 and is set to progress even further. Managing Director, Sonia Blizzard, joined Profitnet in 2008, movitated by the opportunity of exchanging business experience and expertise with other directors and managers in a confidential environment. Sonia found the group played a huge part in the company's progress as it experienced growth pains. Through Profitnet, Beaming was able to identify its market differentiation and embed innovative practices across the business. Sonia also secured an internship and is now further developing her innovations by taking part in a New Product Development course, where she continues to work with colleagues at the University of Brighton.
