Fee status
The Kent, Surrey and Sussex Deanery (KSS) normally pays 50 per cent of the fee for KSS-based consultants, although this will not apply to doctors with overseas status.

Your personal statement
Outline the reasons why you wish to enrol on the course and the way in which you hope it might benefit the development of your teaching. Explain the contribution you intend to make to educational development within your Trust.
Then try to think of an incident from your own practice as an educator (formal groups, small group seminar, one-to-one teaching) which you regarded as in some way problematic. Explain why you regard this as problematic and worthy of further exploration. Your whole personal statement should not exceed 1000 words.
