We offer different types of postgraduate courses across all our schools. We also offer a range of options you may wish to take up while you are studying here, like spending time abroad, learning a language or studying part-time.
Taught postgraduate courses
The taught postgraduate course options we offer include:
- masters degrees, many of which offer you the option of completing a postgraduate certificate (PGCert) and a postgraduate diploma (PGDIP) as intermediate awards
- the MBA (Masters in Business Adminstration)
- the PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) and a range of other professional qualifications

Postgraduate research courses
You can register with us for one of three research awards:
- MPhil
- PhD
- Professional doctorate
Many students who register for the MPhil go on to transfer to PhD.
