Important for your application

Once you have been visited to our admissions portal please follow the below steps:

Please log in or register as a new user.

At the course selection screen:

select your school of study: this will differ depending on your area of research. Applicants are asked to align their application with a school of study. If you are unsure which school applies to you, please contact our research student administrators.
select mode of study: full-time or part-time

Clicking on 'search now' will reveal a small number of PhD, MPhil or Professional Doctorate courses that you can apply to by completing the online application form.

If you are applying for one of the current studentships, please follow these steps:

select type of course: research degree
select your school of study: School of Environment and Technology
select mode of study: full-time
select course

On submitting your application please make sure you include the following:

• Copies of your Bachelors and Master certificates, including transcripts
• Copy of your IELTS certificate, or equivalent
• Copy of your passport
• Two references, one must be an academic reference from your most recent period of study and they must both have been written within the last year.
