PhD scholarships available in hospitality management

The School of Service Management are inviting applications for two new hospitality management PhD scholarships beginning in 2012, each worth £12,900.
The awards cover tuition fees for three years beginning in October 2012. We welcome applications in the following two areas: career mobility in hospitality, and food culture and the domestic kitchen.
Only one bursary will be awarded for each area and applications are open to UK or EU nationals.

Senior lecturer Dr Ioannis S Pantelidis said: “We are all very excited at the Brighton Hospitality Research group to receive the support of the Savoy Educational Trust.
