Leadership project through Outdoor Education
The University of Brighton has worked closely with Eastbourne Borough Council to provide leadership opportunities in outdoor education for young people from local community secondary schools. This involves leadership training for youngsters aged 14 – 16 who then work with over 100 junior school pupils in an outdoor education day facilitated by University of Brighton students at the School of Sport and Service Management campus.
