Brighton futures

The University of Brighton Alumni Association is here for all our alumni (former students) whether they graduated last year or 50 years ago, but did you know that we are also here for you while you are students?

As a current student, you can make use of the Alumni Advice Network – a global network of former students who share their expertise and experience – through the Brighton Futures programme, specifically designed to bring students and alumni together.

The Alumni Association has a network of over 100,000 alumni worldwide. Many of these alumni recognise the importance that their experience and education at the University of Brighton has had on them and are keen to help other students realise their potential. Having walked in your shoes, they have a good understanding of the challenges students face.

These graduate mentors are from a variety of subject areas who have agreed to take emails or phone calls from current students in order to answer questions about being at university and about certain careers. We run termly events for current students with the help of alumni so look out for our forthcoming events programme.

If you would like to be put in touch with a mentor, enquire about work experience/placements or would like to become a Brighton Futures champion and get more involved in student engagement activities, contact the University of Brighton Alumni Association via our online form.
