BTEC laboratory Day (kinanthropometry and predicting performance)
£400, or £450 for hydrostatic
This day is designed to meet the criteria set out on BTEC laboratory and experimental methods modules, focussing on kinanthropometry and predicting performance.
The students will take part in the following sessions:
AM Session:
- Introduction, tour and talk (covering informed consent, medical questionnaires, ethics, health and safety)
- Assessment of body composition using skinfold callipers, limb girths, and somatotyping.
