Consultancy work and desk-based research to scope the key issues relating to the development of the 'learning agenda' in the cultural sector in the South East region of England. This builds upon previous work carried out on behalf of the Sussex Learning and Skills Council which looked at skills issues and workforce development in the sport and recreation sector.
