Hospitality students get to use the Culinary Arts Studio, a fully equipped commercial kitchen.
On the course you will have the opportunity to run the Culinary Arts Studio as a commercial business and take on responsibility for the entire range of business operations, gaining great practical experience.

The course is taught at the Eastbourne campus, which is home to 3,000 students and located less than 10 minutes from the beach at the foot of the South Downs National Park.
