Meet our staff
Sara Evans talks about the undergraduate International Travel Management degree course, the school and the benefits of studying for a undergraduate degree in travel at the University of Brighton.
Professional and industry links
The school has excellent links to both industry and key organisations in the travel sector.
In 2008 we inaugurated our first Travel Industry Forum where key players in the industry met to discuss and inform the course and its alignment to the travel industry.
As a result we are delighted to welcome affiliation with AA Appointments, ACE (The Association of Cruise Experts) Amadeus UK, Carlson Wagons Lit Travel, the CAA, Equity Travel, Neilson, The Guild of Travel Management Companies (GTMC) Meon Valley Travel, SKAL and TUI.
The school is also a corporate member of the Institute of Travel & Tourism. Both the travel and tourism course benefit from both membership and recognition by this key organisation.
Ongoing organisational input such as this benefits both your study and future prospects.
This, underpinned by the wide industry experience of all the staff teaching on the degree, ensures travel students at the School of Sport and Service Management are some of the best equipped for a successful future in this dynamic sector.
