The Culinary Arts Studio is a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen available for use by hospitality students.  It is a creative and contemporary environment for learning and development.

Cutting-edge technology

The studio is a unique facility providing an outstanding opportunity to observe and record social interaction within a hospitality setting.

It is fully equipped and includes programmable interactive mood lighting, Apple Mac computers with internet access, data projector, PA system, CCTV, VHS/DVD playback and a multi-channel mixing desk and flat screen monitors.        

Commercial environment

The studio can  be hired for a variety of commercial uses including product launches, menu development, food and equipment demonstrations, wine tasting, contemporary meals, training, teambuilding, seminars and any culinary events.
