Sport and 'Being-in-the-Zone'

'Being in the Zone' [BITZ] explores the theme of 'peak experience' or 'being in the zone' in music, sport and work on 9th July 2013.

This workshop is hosted by University of Brighton, Sport and Leisure Cultures (SLC) group. It is part of an AHRC funded Research Network, co-investigated by Kath Woodward (OU) and Tim Jordan (King's College London).  Find out more information about this project and other events.
