Dr Poorang Piroozfar of the School of Environment and Technology has been invited to join the Scientific and Organising Committee of the Zero Energy Mass Custom Homes (ZEMCH) conference to be held at the Glasgow School of Arts in August 2012. This international conference aims to establish an intellectual forum of interactive discussion on design, production and marketing issues surrounding the delivery of low to zero energy/CO2 emission mass-customisable homes being built in developed and less economically developed countries.
The conference is open to stakeholders who are involved in housing research, business, teaching, and policy making. Dr Poorang Piroozfar will also be presenting a guest lecture on PODIT (Post Occupancy Decision Information Toolkit), a research project funded by the School of Environment and Technology, University of Brighton.
Further information about the ZEMCH 2012 can be found at the conference website.
