Open days and selection events
University open days
University open days run in October and give you a chance to take tours of the university facilities including:
- Halls of residence
- Library and learning facilities
- Sports and recreation facilities
Information talks are given throughout the day on general facts about studying and you get the opportunity to attend subject talks and informal drop in sessions to get course-related information.
If you are unable to attend an open day you can watch our virtual campus tour online.
Selection events
Students applying for one of the courses listed below either by direct entry or through UCAS may be invited to attend a selection event. Our selection events usually consist of a tour of the Robert Dodd campus by our current students which provides a great opportunity to question them about what it is really like to study here! The campus tour will then be followed by a presentation of the course by the admissions team. You will then undertake an interview with one of our academic staff or a clinician from our local NHS trusts.
Listed below are the interview schedules for the forthcoming academic year:
| Course | Date | Type |
|---|---|---|
| Physiotherapy BSc(Hons) | November - March | Individual Interview |
| Podiatry BSc(Hons) | January onwards | Individual Interview |
| Occupational Therapy BSc(Hons) | April - July | Group Interview |
| Rehabilitation Science MSc | October/November | Group and Individual Interview |
| Health through Occupation MSc | April | Group Interview |
