Falmer Halls

Located on the edge of the South Downs, our Falmer accommodation is set in picturesque surroundings with lovely views of the beautiful Sussex countryside.

• All bedrooms are en-suite and are grouped into self-contained flats of up to eight with a shared kitchen/lounge area.
• Each guest has use of a single en-suite bedroom with private shower, toilet and hand basin.
• All kitchens have a cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave and kettle, and can be equipped with crockery and kitchen utensils.
• There is a television in each kitchen.
• There is 24/7 reception and night security.
• There are on-site coin-operated laundry facilities.
• Fresh towels and linen are provided.
• Free car parking on site.

Suitable for: Large catered groups wanting modern en-suite accommodation, sports facilities and/or classrooms.

Rates: From £20.00 per person per night excluding VAT

Phoenix Halls

Accommodation details

• All bedrooms are en-suite and are grouped into self-contained flats of six to eight bedrooms with a shared kitchen/lounge area.
• Each guest has use of a single en-suite bedroom with private shower, toilet and hand basin
• All kitchens have a cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave and kettle, and can be equipped with crockery and kitchen utensils.
• A communal TV room.
• 24/7 reception and night security.
• On-site coin-operated laundry facilities.
• Fresh towels and linen are provided.
• Free car parking on site.

Suitable for: Medium or large groups, from 50 to 200  wanting self-catering accommodation in the city centre.

Rates: From £25.00 per person per night excluding VAT.
