At Southcoast Conferences, we have a number of venues suitable for hosting formal events such as banquets and award ceremonies, summer or Christmas parties, proms or personal celebrations.

We have halls, restaurants and bars in both Brighton and Eastbourne which are regularly used for special events at the university during the term-time and are available to hire in the evenings, on weekends and over the summer.

Catering for your special event

Our hospitality team can conjure up delicious menus for tailor-made drinks receptions and bespoke buffet lunches, themed refreshments or formal gourmet dinners to impress your guests and ensure a truly memorable occasion. Our experienced and creative chefs use fresh, locally sourced ingredients where possible, and our service is always friendly but professional.
