The Hub - Brighton conference centre
The Hub, situated at Varley Park, Brighton is a dedicated year round meeting and conference venue, opened in 2013. Offering five bright fresh flexible meeting rooms from smaller training events to larger presentations supported by a large restaurant and café bar areas.
Located just off the A27 the conference centre is easy for delegates to find and offers free car parking. Each of the meeting rooms has natural day light and is fully equipped with quality AV which is inclusive in the price.

Conference and meeting facilities
Small meetings
There are five interlinking rooms which can be prepared for board room, U shape or a more relaxed layouts to suit your requirements. Each room has built in AV and WIFI included in the DDR or room hire charge. These rooms work particularly well for departmental meetings, training and off site brain storming.
Large conferences and events
The Southcoast conference Suite offers one large space for up to 120 delegates with full black out facilities, built in AV within a self-contained area just off reception. This room works well for presentations, exhibitions, social events and award celebrations.
Day delegate
We offer exceptional value day delegate packages which include; main meeting room hire, three servings of refreshments with each break providing a temptation such as home baked warm cheese straws, fruity flap jacks or delicious homemade cakes, ceiling mounted projectors and built in screens, customary pads, pens and choices of water and cordials are all inclusive.

Exhibition space
There is no dedicated exhibition space, although the walls between some of our seminar rooms can be removed to create an exhibition space.
Food and drink
We can provide a range of refreshments for your delegates, from light snacks to hot or cold buffets or full banquets. We use seasonal and sustainable fresh ingredients where possible and all our tea, coffee and sugar is Fairtrade.

Restaurants and cafés
The Hub Restaurant, located on the first floor of the Hub building can accommodate up to 200 delegates and offers a wide variety of food that will appeal to all taste buds.
The Hub Café Bar located on the ground floor is ideal for all your conference refreshment breaks and offers aromatic Fairtrade coffee and snacks.
Accommodation for residential events
Accommodation is available between July and September and consists of:
- 20 double en-suite bedrooms
- 180 single en-suite bedrooms
- 225 single standard bedrooms

Accessibility
We have seminar rooms located on the ground floor in the Hub building and induction loops are fitted in some of the seminar rooms.
Travel
Brighton and Hove bus number 24 runs regularly from Brighton city centre to Varley Park.
Varley Park is conveniently located off the A27.
Car parking
There is free on-site parking.
