Brighton conference centre
The Hub at Varley Park offers a year-round training venue with flexible layout options. Each room has high-specification AV equipment that is included with your room hire or day delegate package.
The Studio
The Studio in Eastbourne is a flexible space which combines a commercial kitchen with a demonstration restaurant and conference facility.
It is perfect for

- product and equipment testing
- live demonstrations
- focus groups
- food sampling.
Facilities include a commercial open-plan restaurant and kitchen with four cooking stations. Technological equipment including programmable mood lighting. There are also two adjacent conference rooms for up to 60 delegates.
