StrideFit Fitness Circuits

A variety of fun fitness circuit classes run at the Sports Centre which are suitable for almost all ages and fitness levels.

We’re proud of our fitness classes at the University, and also of course of the many that keep coming back to exercise and stay fighting fit! Classes have proven SO popular that over the years they’ve grown in size and number. We now offer a number of simple indoor circuits during the week (Young at Heart Circuits), through to more advanced gym circuits using all the gym machines found in a modern gym (Fit for Life Gym Circuits).

Young at Heart Circuit Classes

Circuits suitable for most levels of fitness at £4.00 per session.

Fun 50-minute circuit-style fitness sessions that use a range of modern gym equipment and body weight exercises to help you get fit and stay healthy.  Classes are perfect for those wanting to keep active, stay healthy and, importantly, keep feeling young!      

Circuits are suitable for most levels of fitness, including many who have an established cardiac condition whose GP has agreed exercise is safe and/or those that have recently completed a Cardiac Rehabilitation programme.

Fit for Life Gym Circuits

Suitable for a moderate level of fitness at £5.00 per session.

50-minute workout circuits that use a mixture of gym machines and free weights for the perfect whole body workout!

Sessions are for those seeking to improve their aerobic fitness and suitable for those with moderate level of fitness.
