The university Chaplaincy is here to offer pastoral care and support to all students and staff, whatever their faith. From our own religious perspectives we try to contribute to every aspect of university life, acting as a symbol and source of hope, light and growth within the community.
We offer you:
- pastoral care, social groups and community outreach
- a time and a place for worship
- lectures and discussion group, pilgrimages, retreats and excursions
- the university community choir.
Chaplains on campus
The Chaplaincy centre is at Steam House in Moulsecoomb (next to Mithras House). You will find a full-time chaplain on site. The Chaplaincy centre provides a quiet space for prayer and reflection, as well as for worship. There is also a quiet room with a small library.
Chaplains regularly visit all university sites. You can see where they are based on our chaplains by campus page.
