If you ever need help, or want someone to talk to, you will always find someone here who is willing and able to listen and offer advice. Whether you are struggling with your academic workload, or facing family or relationship problems, you are never alone.
As well as finding support and advice through your friends, family and university staff, you can also get guidance from the university's counselling service.
The counselling service provides a safe, confidential environment for you to discuss your concerns. Experienced, qualified counsellors can offer you a space to reflect and discover options and possibilities, and tell you about coping strategies.
This service is free to all University of Brighton students.
