Cancelling an appointment

Please let us know if you can't attend your appointment. We will try to reschedule your appointment and offer your time to someone else. Counselling is greatly in demand, so please help us help as many students as possible.

We will contact you about counselling using email, telephone, letter and text message. We use text messages to remind you of your first appointment. If you would prefer to not receive messages by any of these methods, please let us know. Please also notify us if your contact details change.

If you are unable to attend counselling in person you may be eligible for our e-counselling service (480k pdf).
