Am I an international student?

If you come from a country outside the EU/EEU and Switzerland you will usually be classified as an international student, unless you have lived in the UK or EU for at least three years before the start date of your course, have not been in higher education during that time, and have indefinite leave to remain in the UK.

We may need to  confirm your fee status during the application process. We judge all cases against the same criteria, in accordance with the government's guidelines.
