Cost of living
It is important that you budget for the full cost of living in the UK when you come here to study. Here are some of the costs you can expect to pay as a single person, undergraduate or postgraduate, on a full-time course. This is a general breakdown for guidance only and depending on your lifestyle you may require more or less.
We estimate that to cover the cost of accommodation and other living expenses, a self-supporting student should budget for at least £8,190 for the full 2010/2011 academic year (October to June including holidays), in addition to tuition fees.
The following figures are for 2011 and given as guidance only.
