Weekly study skills workshops
Weekly group study skills workshops are provided on each university site during the autumn term. Each session lasts for 60 minutes and is led by a qualified learning support tutor. Topics include:
- Prepare for lectures and seminars
- Improve your time management
- Make your reading more effective
- How to plan your essays / assignments
- How to structure your essays / assignments
- Improve your oral presentations
- Effective group working
- How to revise and improve your exam performance
