Brighton was very welcoming and open - staff spent time helping me and giving me all the information I needed. Everyone is friendly and approachable and I feel cared for. Facilities in the school are good and the library staff are especially helpful.
I am on placement at a local company working on a new system for flight simulators. The owner graduated here and is very supportive of the university.
Before coming to the UK I changed courses twice - the continental system didn't suit me and I felt a failure. But coming to Brighton has turned that around. Everyone has been so supportive and Brighton is a fantastic place to live. The university has prepared me for the real world without me even realising.
I felt I was taking a risk coming to England - I wasn't sure about changing cultures or country but after a short while I realised I had made the best choice of my life!
