Pharmacy MPHARM(Hons)

My brother came to Brighton - I visited him a few times and liked the vibe of the university and the city. Pharmacy is an interesting course - very specific and not generalised. The course is pretty much as I hoped. Everything we need is based on two floors of the Cockcroft Building, and the library is in the same building. Lecturers and lab technicians are always around if we need help. The dispensing lab is brilliant - pharmacology presentation and workshops are particularly good.

It's very hard to be bored in Brighton. After three years I still go out and discover new pubs, clubs and shops that I never knew existed. In the first year we tended to stay in central Brighton, then gradually branched out. I am the secretary to the Gaelic Football Club. We are off to Birmingham for the British championships soon. We don't get too serious about it and have a good time competing with other universities.

Once I graduate I hope to do a pre-registration year in a hospital - and, in the month between graduating and starting my pre-reg year, I am going travelling in South America.
