I did my undergraduate degree at Brighton and always thought I’d return so, after a couple of years in media marketing, I decided it was time to do an MA. The University of Brighton is world renowned in this subject area.
The course has surpassed my expectations – the structure is very flexible enabling students to specialise in their area of interest. Mine is geography of sport / sociology of football which fits in really well with the academic expertise here.
Eastbourne is a friendly, close-knit town, and the campus reflects that. I like living here – I have thoroughly enjoyed coming back to studying. It has really opened my eyes to new opportunities. When I finish my MA, I plan to do a PhD either here or maybe in the US. Brighton is an excellent university, a wonderful place to study. It’s been great.
