In most cases, students apply for our full-time undergraduate degree courses through UCAS. However, in some circumstances you may prefer to apply directly to the university.
There are two ways to apply directly, depending on your individual circumstances. The route you need to take depends on whether your course is full or part-time, and if you have your results or are waiting for them. In both cases, you must:
- have not previously applied through UCAS
- already know that you want a place on a University of Brighton course
- not intend to apply to any other institutions.
1. If you have all your results
If you already have all your exam results, you can apply direct to the university using a Record of Prior Acceptance (RPA) form. But first you need to call us on 01273 644644 to confirm whether the course you are interested in is still taking applications. We will then put you in touch with the relevant school and they will handle your application from there.
Call the Enquiries Team on 01273 644644 to discuss your application.
2. If you do not have all your results
If you are waiting for some or all of your exam results, you can apply direct to the university by using our direct application form. This route also requires you to complete an accompanying reference form.
