Engaging business and the community
"A more sustainable lifestyle will require the ability to work with others from diverse backgrounds to build resilient, sustainable and equitable communities for the future.” Juliet Millican, CUPP
One of the university’s core aims is to deliver socially purposeful higher education that serves and strengthens society and underpins the economy. Our supporting values include responding to the obligations of sustainable development, financially, environmentally and educationally.
Valuing different forms of knowledge, collaboration, partnership and true participation are central principles to building a more sustainable organisation and society. Read more about our community engagement activity through the Community University Partnership Programme on the CUPP website.
