Activities in school and departments

All academic Schools withint the university are asked to consider the role of sustainable development in teaching and learning. This has led to a number of internal intiatives across the university.

Some schools have also started developing more explicit plans to embed sustainable development in their activities, and many lecturers in different areas of the university have been integrating principles of education for sustainable development (ESD) in their work.

Some examples can be seen on the teaching and learning pages. The School of Nursing and Midwifery have also showed interest in showcasing their activities on this website - watch this space for further developments.
