Join us for study, work or visit

Our research centre is always actively seeking collaborators and partners in industry and academia. We welcome the opportunity to work with postgraduate students, visiting researchers and external organisations.

Study for your PhD with the Centre for Digital Cultures and Innovation

Ambitious and talented postgraduate research students are at the heart of the research and enterprise activities within the Centre for Digital Cultures and Innovation, demonstrated by the numbers of student co-authored papers produced. Our PhD students are involved across all research areas of the centre.

Recent and current PhD students have been successful in obtaining studentships covering both fees and living costs through the University of Brighton’s involvement in the ESRC South Coast Doctoral Training Programme.

Join us as a visiting fellow

The Centre for Digital Cultures and Innovation invites academics interested in working alongside centre members on theoretical research, practice-based research and enterprise-related research (with community or industry engagement) to join us as Visiting Research Fellows.

We aim to provide external researchers, artists and entrepreneurs with a recognised and visible platform for producing excellent research.
