The audit process
The process is as follows
- Participants complete the questionnaire in relation to their current capabilities in change leadership.
- Participants select three items that they feel would be helpful to work on over the next few months.
- In addition, it is recommended that others complete the survey about the person and provide feedback to him/her.
Costs
The change leader’s skills audit is available in packs of 10. Each pack costs £100 (excluding VAT, if applicable).
There are discounts for organisations that buy more than five packs at one time.
