This two-day training programme develops the skills needed by those who manage innovative initiatives. It was developed from a seven-year research programme conducted at CENTRIM with Barnes & Conti, an award-winning provider of training programmes.
Currently, the training programme is used in the USA, Chile, Brazil, Venezuela, Mexico, the UK and Australia, amongst other countries. It can only be delivered by licensed trainers to ensure high quality standards. The course uses experiential training techniques to ensure that it has a high impact and practical outcomes.
Participants receive a 120-page workbook.
This five-module flagship development programme is for those who wish to act as innovation consultants or change agents. The initial module (nine days) provides an intensive personal development experience combined with inputs on intervention theory and innovation capability development.
The second, third and fourth modules (three days each) support participants as they undertake a real intervention to facilitate innovation in a client system. The final module (four days) provides an opportunity to learn from experience and devise a professional development plan for each participant. Extensive documentation is provided.
