The entry requirements listed here are our typical offer for this course if you wish to begin studying with us in 2017. They should be used as a general guide.
We operate a flexible admissions policy – this means that you could receive a lower conditional offer than the typical offer, informed by our assessment of your complementary non-academic achievements and experiences. For courses that require interview or portfolio review, this may also be considered in the level of any conditional offer that follows if your application is successful.
All applicants for this course should be working and will normally discuss their proposed application with their employer, and should be prepared to study with online materials.
If you have appropriate work experience your application will be considered on your individual merits. Whether or not you have formal qualifications, you will usually be invited for interview to discuss your working experience and any qualifications you may have. You will also be asked to complete an entry assignment to ensure that the challenge of university-level study is appropriate.
A foundation degree or HND may enable you to start the degree in year 2 or later. In this case you would be required to complete a bridging programme before beginning the stage of study agreed with the Admissions Tutor.
Candidates for the CMDA fast-track route need a minimum of three years relevant work experience, or foundation degree or HND/HNC.
