This Scottish based project establishes a communities of practice concerned with nurturing the resilience of young people facing the immediate and long-term impact of the life challenging event of unexpected early pregnancy. In monthly sessions with young people different frameworks for understanding and promoting resilience were explored and practiced.
This research project commenced in September 2014 and ended in December 2016.
The overarching aim was to produce realistic and practical messages and ideas for resilience building that can be implemented with the support of the multi-disciplinary core groups working with, and on behalf of, neglected young people.
Output, findings and impact will be updated in due course.
