Brighton offers a range of support to students experiencing stress, anxiety and other mental health issues.
Our services are free of charge and designed to help you overcome difficulties so that you can continue with your studies.Your Student Support and Guidance Tutor (SSGT) is always on hand to discuss any worries or struggles you are having – whether of a personal or an academic nature.
The counselling service can provide short-term one-to-one support to students who need a safe and confidential setting in which to work through a problem and learn some coping strategies. If you are experiencing a specific mental health problem, there are additional services on offer to give you the help you need.
