The counselling service is free to all Brighton students and provides a safe, confidential environment for you to discuss your concerns and learn some coping strategies.
If you are struggling with a specific mental health problem, remember that additional services are available to give you the support you need.
If you have any other questions or an issue of a personal or academic nature, you can always talk to your Student Support and Guidance Tutor (SSGT) instead.
Contacts and self-help advice for dealing with difficult situations are also available.
