If you would like someone to help you work through a problem, the first step is to make an appointment by phone or email, or to visit your local Student Services office. This first meeting will allow you to talk to us about what you are going through, and enable us to determine how we can best help you.
Appointments are available at all sites on weekdays throughout term time, and some limited appointments are available during vacations.
If you can no longer attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. This will allow us to try and reschedule your appointment and offer your time to somebody else.
After your initial meeting, we will contact you by email, telephone, letter or text message, letting you know how best to proceed. If you would prefer not to receive messages by any of these methods, or if your contact details change, please let us know.
