Our services are free and designed to help you overcome difficulties so that you can continue with your studies and hopefully enjoy better mental health and wellbeing.
Your Student Support and Guidance Tutor (SSGT) may be the best person to support you initially. They are on hand to discuss any worries or struggles, whether personal or academic. Or counselling may be more suitable for you.
