In order to become a fully enrolled student at the university, you need to complete stage 2 of the enrolment process: in-person enrolment.
Attendance is essential and you need to bring ID.
This needs to be your passport or birth/ adoption certificate and at least one of the following:
- full/ provisional driving license
- bank debit card
- national insurance card
- NHS medical card.
If you do not attend the in-person enrolment session you will experience delays in receiving your funding. If you are unable to attend call the enrolment helpline as soon as possible on 01273 644777.
Once you have completed your enrolment with the university, if you have applied for student finance the university will contact the Student Loans Company to confirm your attendance. Your student loan or NHS funding (if applicable) will then be released to your bank account. This can take between 3–4 working days so please ensure you have enough money to cover your costs for the first two weeks of term.
Stage 2 in-person enrolment dates and venues (2016)
To confirm where and when you will complete stage 2 in-person enrolment log on to studentcentral, open your timetable from the home tab and navigate to your course. There you can press ‘Change Week’ and select ‘Welcome Week’ and your in-person enrolment times will be shown during your first week.
