Bicycle: There are cycle lanes running all the way from Brighton city centre along Lewes Road (A270) to Moulsecoomb and on to Falmer. On campus there are plenty of covered cycle stands monitored by CCTV.

Bus: The 24, 25, 28 and 49 run frequently from central Brighton. The number 24 links the Moulsecoomb campus with Varley Park halls of residence. For timetables and student fares visit the Brighton and Hove Bus Company website.

Train: The closest station is Moulsecoomb. There are up to four trains an hour from Brighton to Moulsecoomb (4 minutes) and two an hour direct to Eastbourne (40 minutes). You can get unlimited train travel around the city using the Unizone ticket. For timetables check National Rail Enquiries.

Car: There is limited permit-controlled car parking on campus. Staff and students are encouraged to use bikes and public transport. To get the best route for your journey use the following postcodes:

  • Cockcroft, Huxley and Watts Buildings (and Aldrich Library)  – BN2 4GJ
  • Manor House and Tithe Barn – BN2 4GA
  • Mithras House (and Annexe) – BN2 4AT
  • Moulsecoomb Place – BN2 4HQ

See our maps and directions pages for information about parking.
