This research investigates the type of information needed to make an informed sustainable procurement decisions. Having University of Brighton as the main case, the process of IT procurement was being investigated. The procurement process was then compared to other universities in UK to find some commonalities in procurement practice. Information architecture was developed to assist people in making informed procurement decisions. To assess the information architecture, goal model was developed to evaluate business alignment and IT strategies. VMOST & B-SCP method was used in producing goal model. However, the method was improvised by integrating it with actor network diagram (qualitative social network analysis).
